1 kilogram of tea from inside or rump

 3 chopped mint leaves

 3 chopped parsley sprigs

 1 teaspoon of cumin

 3 sprigs of chopped coriander

 1 tablespoon of tomato paste

 3 tablespoons of vinegar

 2 tablespoons of oil

 1 tablespoon of salt

 1 unit of lemon

How to make Quiabada Bahia:

To make okra from Bahia, start by removing the drool from the okra. To do this, cut the ends of the fruit and soak in lemon juice for an hour. After that time, remove from the liquid, let it dry and set aside.

Mix all ingredients (except okra and meat) in a bowl and separate into two parts. Put half of the mixture in a pan of hot oil, add the meat and let it cook for 5 minutes. Little by little, add water and let the meat cook.

When the meat is almost done, add the sliced okra. Add the second half of the seasoning mixture and cook until the okra is tender.

Tip: If desired, add dry shrimp to the preparation in this step.
